its depend! my mga factory na mas higit sa minimum wage bcoz my alowances pa. and meron ding FIX for example ung mgugulang na employer ( 12h work with saturday 1.6m won FIX) lugi k jan kung tutuusin db. meron din pong wla sa minimum wage ang bigay kaya maraming ng PAPARELEASE

yang 957k won ay hangang friday lng ang work pu yan. overtime ang saturday
yung 1.035m won my saturday yan halfday pag ng extend another overtime

yatot...meron iba iba ang rate pg holiday dpende s kompanya n mpntahan m.....dto smin ot lhat un..4580*1.5=6870won yan ung per hour nmin pg holiday..,
