kabayang clark medyo mababa lang ang increase ngayong taon at next year pero pag pinagsama na lahat e lumalaki na rin nmn ksama ng overtime pay..ung basic pay per hour pag convert mo sa peso sa rate ngayon e baka wala pang 200php yan.. iyak

ask ko lang po s nkakaalam ,,magkano po ba ang bayad sa mga 40hrs a week ang red calendar working..kc s christmas may pasok dw kmi..tnx in advance..

902880 po ang basic ng 40 h kc po wala sng pasok ang saturday.kung papasukan ninyo yung christmas day..which is holiday ay makakatanggap po kayo ng additional pay na 150%

ipa search nyo lang sa mga employer nyo itong website para malaman nila na may wage increase next year.. para kahit magreklamo kayo wala silang magagawa kundi sumunod sa batas.

baka naman po nakafixed yung sahod ninyo ng higit pa sa basic. usually po pag fixed,ganyan gaya po nung una kong kumpanya,every saturday..8-7 kami. pero sa batas..saturday is 4 hours lang.pag lumampas..ot na. meron daw bagong batas sa july na lahat ng 5 workers above ay kasama na sa 40 hr Very Happy

sa limang empleyado, kasama na ba dun ang mga koreano? kung kasama..counted yan at kasama kayo sa bagong batas sa july. if fixed ang sahod nyo,wag kayo pumayad kc lugi kayo dyan..napakarami ng ganyang patakaran. hindi iniisip ng iba na lugi sila. iba na ang basic plus ot. at least di ka maoobliga pumasok pag holiday.kung naisin mo man.. ot yun
