mga sir tanong po sana ako about sa SUNDAY po bali ung company nmin walang pasok every sunday kisok chugan lang po kami..Ang tanong ko po ang ung LINGGO na wala kaming pasok wala po bang bayad un na basic lang? anim lang po kami sa compan including na ung sajang namin..Ang contrata ko po ay ang nkasaad sa Monthly Normal wage ay 928,860 won tapos nakacheck ung hourly and then 4110 won ..saka about sa HOLIDAYS po ang nakacheck sa contrata ko ay ang SUNDAY lang paano po kung halimbawa chusok or chinese new year wala din po bang bayad na basic un??yan lang po at maraming salamat po..

nais ko sanang tumulong sayong katanunang tama ang nasa iyong kontrata na monthly basic is 928,860 won at ang fer hour ay 4110 won hindi kabilang ang sunday sa basic salary mo dahil only 44 hours fer week lang ang isang linggo na dapat mo ipasok ung mga holidays na red sa calendar ay bayad na kasama na un sa basic salary mo kong papasukin kayo noon magiging overtime na poh un.

kabayan kung pnapasok k ng sunday ay 250% yta ang kbyaran nun,korek me if my wrong.TOKUN ang twg dun,bali double pay plus ot.,kya mlki pg sunday kse regular holiday mu un..share lng po.. Very Happy

hindi naman 250%. same lang sa overtime pay kc nga..ang sunday ay holiday, kaya pag pinasukan mo ito..ang sahod ay 150% kaya pagnagtrabaho ka ng 10 hrs, ang sahod mo 616500w at dapat manghingi kayo ng extra para sa meal ninyo.

minsan..yung ibang kumpanya..mataas magbigay ng sunday. pero yung mga kuripot naman..sumusunod lang sa nakaayon sa batas. yung iba naman na garapal at demonyong amo..mababa o di kaya, yung may fix na pasahod sa isang buwan..
may pasok ang sunday. ito yung iiwasan ninyo. lugi kayo dito pag fix ang sahod. yung kaibigan ko kc..monthly nya..1.7m, araw araw 8-11 ang pasok. minsan lang magka dayoff ng sunday,madalas isang beses lang. kung cocomputin mo.. lugi ka.
