The rate will apply to all the business and workplaces across the nation for one year from January 1st, 2011.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor decided to confirm the minimum wage per hour at 4,320 won for the year 2011 and plans to promulgate it as of August 3, 2010. This is after the Minimum Wage Commission concluded to raise the minimum wage per hour by 5.1% from 4,110 won this year to 4,320 won on July 3, 2010 (refer to Labor Today No. 704) and the Ministry made the rate public for ten days from July 9 to gather different opinions but didn’t receive any objection from the labor and management sides.

The rate will apply to all the business and workplaces across the nation from January 1st to December 31st, 2011 without any regional and occupational difference. However, it doesn’t apply to family business hiring only family members, housework employees, and seamen and ship owners.

As the rate is set at 4,320 won per hour, daily minimum wage is 34,560 won (8-hour work), monthly minimum wage is 902,880 won and 976,320 won under 40-hour workweek and 44-hour workweek respectively. The minimum wage only includes basic pay and fixed allowances which are paid regularly, but overtime pay, annual and monthly leave allowance, housing allowance, meal allowance, etc. are not included.

On the other hand, the minimum wage can cut down to 90% of the normal level for a probationary worker. It can further go down to 80% for workers of surveillance or intermittent job such as a security guard, janitor, facility manager, etc. after their employer obtained an approval from the Minister of Employment and Labor.

ok na yan pre.. ang mahalaga may increase.. ok nga dito sa company namin.. weekdays 5 hours ang OT ko daily..saturday 9 hours lang ako pero OT na yun..sunday twice a month lang meron..Two weeks na ako dito sa Korea..October 5 batch ako..Kung ikukumpara sa Pinas magaan na dito sa work..Gulat nga ako parang hindi ko nakikita sa mga koreano dito yung Pali pali system, dito sa amin anjon che il ( Safety first )..At mga koreano dito hindi naman nambabatok o naninipa..Mababait sila sa amin..By the way maaga pa para makapgconclude, pero sana hindi sila magbago..

ang total sa peso ay Php. 35,122.032...hindi pa kasam jan yung mga kaltas tama po ba ako?

just my thoughts lang...heheh wala pa kasi akong idea sa mga sahod sahod na ganyan....paki correct na lang po ako ha....

ang problema naman sa internet..wag masyado..nakakasira naman ito ng mata. payo ko rin sa inyo mga kasulyap..magpatingin kayo sa opthalmology. magpa oct at perimetry kayo baka may gloucoma na kayo or eye problem. isa rin ito sa problema ko. wala naman ako nararamdaman. pero sa high tech na machine sa ust..nakita na mataas yung pressure ng ugat ng mata ko na maaaring at the age of 40..pag di naagapan..puputok ito at magiging sanhi ng pagkabulag. unlike cataract naooperahan..yung gloucoma ay hindi.

may kumpanyang nagmamaangmaangan na hindi nila alam. pero yearly tumataas ito. maige na sabihin mo sa kanila na next year,magtataas na ng sahod. buti nalang ako,ako ang nagpoprocess ng renew ng kontrata ko kaya may hawak ako ng kopya ng kontrata kaya di nila ko maloloko.

sa akin..pagkarenew ko ng labor contract..tinayawagan yung kumpanya ko para alamin na gusto pa ko ng kumpanya then..iniinform sila na tumaas na salary.maganda talaga kung ikaw mismo magaasikaso nito para alam mo pasikutsikot sa labor at immigration. since ako..excuse ako sa trabaho..may bayad.hinahatid lang ako sa labor.busy kc sila. binibigyan lang ako ng pamasahe. pero..natututo ka. di tulad ng kabatch ko..kumpanya ang nagaayos ng contract kaya fix sahod nila.di nila alam..lugi pa sila kahit sunday may pasok..mon-fri 8-11 sat 8-8 then sa isang buwan..isang beses lang dayoff..sahod sila ng 1.7m. kung cocomputin mo sa bagong sahod..lugi sila. di tama ang sahod nila

hindi naman. kung sumusunod naman amo mo..di sya nalang pagasikasuhin mo. sa amin kasi..busy talaga.kaya kami nalang pinapupunta. isasabay kami sa kapatid ng amo na guajang namin hanggang labor. then iiwan na kami. ipoprocess namin yung renewal hanggang sa immigration. tumatawag naman sila sa kumpanya.
