hi! i have some 7th KLT/Employment Questions...

hi everyone! my friends and I are planning to take the 7th KLT (now called TOPIK) exam this Nov. lahat kami (all girls) never pa nag-out of the country for work. this may be the first time (SANA!!!), so, we're not really familiar on how things work. hope you can help answer some of our questions...
1. is formal korean language certification required to take the exam?
pwede bang self-study lang? for sure, may EDGE ka kapag nag-take ng formal korean classes... but in our case, we can't really attend formal classes due to time constraint, so plan namin SELF-STUDY (online, books etc.) during our free time.
saka, yung reviewer sa POEA website, yun na ba tlg yung exact exam questions? we can read and write hangul, pero hindi pa kami marunong sa SPOKEN at VOCABULARY... feeling kc namin dapat EXPERT MODE ka na para makapasa eh...
SELF-STUDY + HARD PRAYERS + positive thinking = sana makapasa LOL
2. if passed TOPIK, what's the next step?
once you passed TOPIK, ano na mangyayari? hintay na lang ba ng offer from korean employers? so, we'll just have to regularly check for updates sa e-registry? yun na yun?
and, pwede ka bang maka-receive ng JOB OFFERS from diff. employers at the same time for which you can select? beggars can't be choosers, i know... per syempre, consider natin yung location, salary, workload etc. di ba?
3. how long does it usually take before one gets a job?
matagal ba hinintay nyo bago makalipad to korea? months ba o years?
required ba ang SKILLED TRAINING? again, edge ang experience at certificates, pero nalihis kasi kami ng work experience... we work in a call center. cguro nmn may training pagdating dun di ba?
4. may placement fee ba toh?
pag naka-receive ng JOB OFFER, sagot ba ng employer ang transportation? (sorry, kung bobo yung tanong ha? we really have no idea eh...) para, makapag-ipon na kami habang maaga pa... LOL
yung other friends kc namin, may binigay na allowance yung employer for transpo + 1 month free stay sa dorm until they got a place to stay...
5. honestly, do you experience discrimination in your job?
i know discrimination is everywhere, but is it rampant/worse in KOREA? we can deal with HARD WORK (lahat yata ng pinoy sanay sa mahirap na work! hehe...), and we can easily adapt to any work environment... pero RUDE and RACIST employer, baka di kaya ng powers namin...
saka marami bang pinoy dun? cgurado we'll feel SAFER and SECURED seeing familiar Filipino friends to help us cope with homesickness...
6. is this the whole process flow?
e-registry --> poea pre-screening --> register for exam --> 7th klt exam --> waiting period...

1. Nope, kht wl ka pong formal training at certificate. U cn take d exam...for me mch better un nagaral muna bgo self study...mas marami vocabularies mas lamang...and yes un nsa poea klt reviewer aun un..dun kukuha ng questions...25 s listening at reading...tama po prayers tlga importante...
2. Aftr mu mkpasa. W8 ng sked if kelan mgpapasa ng medcal n fit 2 work s poea...aftr that w8 ult kung kelan ma transfer application nyo s eps korea..and u can chek it sa online ereg nyo.tas w8 ult ng selection ng employer. Nd po iba iba ang offer.isa ln un. Kya po once n maselect grab agad. Kc nd gnun kadali mbgyn ng job offer..
3. Pag maswrte ka wthn 6 mos mkaalis k n snce ng mgpa regstr k 4 exam. Opo lhat nmn ng job me training..ky kht anu pa exp mu ok ln yn.

nga pla, since babae kami, hindi nmn cguro kami ilalagay sa "panlalakeng" trabaho (dealing with irons, fire etc.) noh? we're thinking more of food, textile/garments, etc...

one more thing, ano yung estimated acceptable salary? hindi ba mahal ang cost of living sa korea?
as in, yung salary ba na makukuha dun eh yung tipong makakaipon ka tlg? o baka sapat lng din dahil sa high cost of living?
kinu-compare kasi nmn yung salary nmin d2 sa pinas + cost of living against korea's.

Pg dumating na ccvi(certificate for confirmation of visa issuance) thats the time para mag pa remedical, pay the e-receipt and 2 submit documents and visa requirements and pay the visa fee.

a. Industrial safety training 329
b. Klc refresher 400
c. Eps orient./pdos free
2. Re med 1500
3. E receipt

Try to compare d2 b maiipon ang 20k sa 1month sa 8hrs aday 5days a week? The answer is no...Pd p kc mbago ang laht pg dating dun mgkakarun p kc ng negotiation pg na meet n ang employer...bk po me ot pa sagot dn ang rum ganun...kya po kht ano ang offer tangapin...madali n lumipat pg andun...
