sir dave , good day po kamusta din po kayo? ask ko po uli natanggap ko na po ang samsung toejigeumn ko 2,890,229 in 3yrs. and 4 mons. yong last 3 mons. salary ko month of MAY-1,66,420 JUNE-1,741,660 JULY-1,335,360. magkano po ang dapat n company toejigeum ko?at kailan dapat po ba un makukuha? kc d po ako binigyan cheak ko na po bankbook ko kanina nong nag file po kc ako sa labor office ng release nong august -2 ang sabi isasabay sa huling sweldo every 12 of the month po sahod nmin pro wla po ung company toejigeum ko.busy n po kc new work kya kanina ko lang nacheak bankbook ko MAKUKUHA KO PA KAYA? kabayan it takes 1-2 weeks bago pumasok ang iyong taejigeum...just check ur bankbook regularly then pag wala pa rin tawag ka sa samsung office mismo para ma follow up mo...

ah ganon po ba un bale ung samsung ang gagawa ng toejigeum KO at un na rin ang company separation pay ko ay iisa lang po tama po ba? naguguluhan kc po kami hinahanap nmin un samsung toejigeum at ang separation pay. SALAMAT PO ULI KUNTING PALIWANAG PA . GODBLESS.....

hi lyn,

this is the computation for your expected receivable toejigeum...

total salary of last 3-months = 1,660,420won + 1,741,660won + 1,335,360won = 4,737,440 won

total days of last 3-months = (May)31days + (June)30days + (July)31days = 92days

toejigeum per day = 4,737,440won / 92days = 51,493won per day

equivalent days for toejigeum:
-> 1yr = 30-days
-> 3yrs = 90-days
-> 4months = 10-days
-> 3yrs & 10months = 100-days

total tojigeum = 100days x 51,493won per day = 5,149,391won

--> yung nareceive mo na 2,890,229won toejikeum na galing sa Samsung Insurance company, based lang po yan sa basic salary computation excluding the overtime... yun lang po ang ibibigay ng Samsung...

--> so, ideduct mo yung nareceive from Samsung sa total tojigeum, ang result amount, yun po ang dapat ibigay ng dati nyong employer...

--> 5,149,391won - 2,890,229won = 2,259,162won (meron pang tax deduction dyan but not so big...)

--> kung ayaw magbigay ang employer nyo for the said balance, magfile lang kayo ng petition sa labor office... pwede rin magfile online if wala kayong time to visit the labor office... just click HERE

per immigration law, wala pong karapatan ang employer to keep his workers' passport... tell your co-workers to approach your employer and get their passport... to avoid conflict sa amo ninyo, just tell your employer na sabi ng Phil. embassy hindi po siya pwede ang humawak ng passport nila...

gud morning po ,tanong ko lang po..magbabakasyon po ako this coming dec. for 1 month pero ang finish ng contract ko ay sa july na po....wala kaya pong maging problema sa immigration pagbalik ko by jan. kasi almost 6 months na lang po matitira sa kin ...salamat po...

gud morning po ,tanong ko lang po..magbabakasyon po ako this coming dec. for 1 month pero ang finish ng contract ko ay sa july na po....wala kaya pong maging problema sa immigration pagbalik ko by jan. kasi almost 6 months na lang po matitira sa kin ...salamat po...

wala pong problema... just make sure to ask written approval from your employer na pinayagan ka mabakasyon para mabigyan ka ng re-entry stamp sa immigration office in Incheon airport...

mas maganda po pala talaga kung aalis sa isang company ay dapat kompletuhin yung huling isang buwan
sir baka po meron kayong alam na link o kaya may sarili kayong kopya paki post naman gagawin ko lang attachment sa aking petesyun na ginagawa (INFORMATION ON THE MINIMUM WAGES FOR THE YEAR 2008 and 2009)

para hindi na mahihirapan sa computation mas better nga kumpletuhin ang last month na work in full pero kahit hindi kumpleto, wala namang masayang kasi, instead of 3-months ang counting to get the average salary, gawin nalang 90-days counting pa-atras para makuha ang average salary sa last 90-days...

hi lynn,

kung magkano po ang hourly rate yun po ang katumbas sa number of hours undertime mo... if you work from 7am to 12noon, that's 5-hrs work... and since there are 8hrs regular work everyday... so you must have 3-hrs undertime only which is equivalent to 4,110w x 3hrs... and since you're not having a perfect attendance, your weekly holiday which is every sunday, meron din deduction na 3-hrs equivalent... so in my analysis, tama lang po ang deduction nyo... equivalent to 6-hrs (4,110 x 6hrs) in total...
