dear, sir patapos na ko this comming january 6 year gusto ng amo ko makabalik ko with in 2monhts d nya po lam kung pano ko makabalik kaagad sir... lam nya 6 monhts lng bgo makabalik tulungan mo nmn ko sir kung pano ko makabalik kaagad sir paki english na lang ang sagot sir pra maintindihan ng amo ko sir... mraming salamat sir

kabayan,

malabo po yata mangyari yan... under current EPS Law, after 6-years sojourn, you cannot come back to Korea for work unless 6-months has passed but you should wait, take and pass KLT exam again...

per current visa category, there's only one way for you to come back and work again with your current employer... through E-7 visa... but you and your employer must consider the requirements... this visa is for skilled job/positions only such as engineers, sales, IT, design, architect, etc...

if your employer has current business dealing with foreign customers plus you have an educational background and work experience related to certain skilled position, i think he may find ways to hire you...

@ sir dave, balita ko po yng naka 5yrs na d2 s korea ay pwede ng mag apply ng citizenship! bakit po kaya walang nag ta-try mag apply nito? ganoon lampas na sila ng 5yrs!

kabayan texgoy,

bakit po walang nag-try? kasi po hindi pa rin sila qualified... why? because according to General Naturalization requirements, dapat makapagstay ng 5 or more consecutive and continuous years ang isang foreigner dito sa Korea bago po siya maging qualified for Naturalization...

what does it mean 5 consecutive/continuous years? yung stay dito sa Korea na walang uwian... for more details, please refer below...

Domestic Residential Requirements:
- Requirements for domestic stay for naturalization applicants are as follows (Nationality Act Regulations, Article 5)

1. The residential period of naturalization applicant is defined as the continuous period spent in Korea after legal entry and foreigner registration.
2. In following cases, the time spent overseas will be considered as a part of the continuous stay and will be counted towards time spent in Korea. However, this does not include time spent outside Korea.
- If they received re-entry permit prior to the expiration of their stay and re-entered before the specified return date.
- If they temporarily left Korea due to reasons beyond their control, and re-enters Korea with a new visa within 1 month of their departure.
