Online Petition

I filed already a petition and it already reached the concern agency. But my question is how will I know if they are doing something about my petition? will i have to wait for them to contact me or wait for their email or instructions in the my petition website results? Pls I need advice by anyone who has already undergone the process of filling a petition and received the answers or result. Thanks in advance!

sa pagkakaalam ko eh ieemail ka po nila regarding sa result ng petitions mo, kasi mag-investigate pa sila nyan sa mga concern offices at tao bago nila gawan ng conclusion.

kc about sa tejicom galing sa amo petition ko.may natanggap na ako na notice thru my petition portal hanguk kya medyo mhirap for me, tpos yung tumawag sa akin na officer in-charged eh di marunong mag english. Dpat sana yung humahawak sa foreign petitions sa bwat labor office eh yung mrunong mag english. ang naintindihan ko lng dun eh yung deadline na 25days. di ko alam if processing time yun o implementation time.

i understand your situation... hindi kasi lahat na local labor office ay may marunong mag-englis... this is my suggestion...
1) if you have time, try to visit the labor office and personally talk the person in-charge na humawak sa petiton mo then dial BBB Interpretation Call through 1588-5644 then press 1 for english... once you get connected, ask ka ng help na kausapin ang labor in-charge, then later the BBB Interpretation Representative will translate you in English...
2) pwede mo rin i-email ang notice na nareceive mo from the labor office at bbb@bbbkorea.org and ask to translate it into english...
try mo and hope it will help... thanks.
