good day sir, ask k lng po if ttoo ang narinig ko balita n me amnesty dw s mga tnt ngaun? svi dw p kc 35 below ay may change malegal n d2 s korea...

if meron change pano po ang process ng program?

kabayang Honeyme! un pong sinasabi nilang amnesty eh un ung pwede umuwi ang isang TnT na walang penalty at pwede na din makabalik sa korea na hindi na kailangan maghintay ng 5 yrs,pero po kapag nahuli ka eh 5yrs ang aantayin mo para makabalik d2 ulit, meaning to say eh walang registration na magaganap!all you have to do is umuwi ka at kung gusto mo bumalik d2 sa korea mag-apply at mag-exam ka ng KLT sa POEA.un ang the best!

balita d2 s company nmn tungkol jan s amnesty ay mka uwi ang tnt tapos makakabalik basta hndi nhuli d2 korea peru magbayad ang amo ng 3M won at e process n nya papers nya pabalik s company nya.

totoo ba yong cnasabi sa sambayanan na pag nahuli ka tnt makukulong ka tatalong taon

hi jhersy,

hindi po totoo yan... kung mahuli ang isang TNT, as long as meron siyang updated passport at ticket pwede siyang makakauwi agad ng Pinas...

pano nman po dun sa hindi muna uuwi.at saka lnbg uuwi after 1 year..pero d nman nahuli,5 years din ho ba ang pagkaka-ban?

the current amnesty program which exempts TNTs from fines and entry ban is only effective from May 6 to August 31, 2010...

beyond that date, i am not sure if meron pa pong another amnesty program na ibibigay ang Korean government.. in case wala na, that would means 5-years entry ban with corresponding fines will be imposed...
