naka 6 years na ba cla d2,,kc ang sav d2 kapag naka 6 years na d2 nid na magpa change name kung gs2 pa bmalik ng korea

kabayang orine_henry,

according to Act on Foreign Workers Employment, pls refer below...

Article 18 (Restrictions on Employment)

(2) A foreigner who has left after having been employed in Korea shall not be reemployed pursuant to Article 8, if six months have not passed since the date of his/her departure.

-> it means that all workers working under E-9 Visa after 3-yrs (if not extended), or after 6-yrs (belong to old policy), or 4-yrs & 10-mos (belong to new policy), can only apply back to Korea with same Visa (E-9) through POEA after 6-months from the date of his/her departure from Korea... in this case, applicants need to take and pass KLT exam again...
