help me how to check the samsung insurance balance or any information about this if your working for 3 years

hi windale,

you can call 02-2119-2400 (english) and ask your Departure Guarantee Insurance or "toejigeum" status... just prepare your ARC before calling coz the representative will ask it for sure...

ask ko lng sir dave..kc sv nla un 400won na kinaltas sa sahod nung bago dating palang ay samsung daw un..kaya lng kmi nde kmi kinaltasan ang ibig sabihin po ba wla kmi mtatanggap na insurance galing sa samsung...?godbless...

ask ko lng sir dave..kc sv nla un 400won na kinaltas sa sahod nung bago dating palang ay samsung daw un..kaya lng kmi nde kmi kinaltasan ang ibig sabihin po ba wla kmi mtatanggap na insurance galing sa samsung...?godbless...

hi chancai,

yung 400K won yan ay tinatawag na Return Cost Insurance which is under Samsung Insurance Company pa rin... based on old policy, ibabalik yan sa EPS worker after 3-yrs bago umuwi ng Pinas... but sa new policy, ibabalik yan after 4-yrs and 10-months na granting kayo po ay marereemploy...

magkaiba yan sa Departure Guarantee Insurance or "toejikgeum" or separation pay... pero magkasabasy parin yan ibibigay ng Samsung Insurance thru deposit sa bank account ninyo but if you check ur passbook magkahiwalay po ang record according to insurance name... so maverify pa rin ninyo if tama ang toejikgeum na nareceive ninyo...

if wala kayong deduction na 400K for Return Cost Insurance, wala rin kayong makukuhang 400K... so, Departure Guarantee Insurance lang ang ibibigay ng Samsung...

pano kung hindi na kami ma reemploy ibig sabihin hindi namen makukuha un pera namen na 400K won???

pano kung hindi na kami ma reemploy ibig sabihin hindi namen makukuha un pera namen na 400K won???

hi joeliza,

if hindi na kayo mareemploy at umuwi nalang kayo ng Pinas, you can get it thru Samsung Insurance Company pa rin... but you should file an application sa Samsung Insurance company office or thru your employer's help... to make sure call this number and ask where to file your application according to your location... 02-2119-2400... tnx...

hi arnold,

kung di ka lumipat ng bagong company, after 4yrs & 10-mos mo na makukuha lahat na benefits mo such as NPS, toejikeum, at return cost insurance (yung 400K won)...

pero kung ikaw magpaparelease at lumipat ng ibang company, you can claim ur toejikgeum if nakapagwork ka sa previous company mo ng 1yr or more... magfile ka lang sa Samsung Insurance... and if marami kang OT sa last 3months, expected meron ka rin marereceive from ur employer based on standard computation...
