korea entry date at released/contract date

Anyong! Itatanong ko lang po kung ano ang susundin s pagrenew ng sojourn period ko. Ang entry date ko dito sa korea ay December 18, 2007 pro ngpareleased na ako dati at ang yearly contract signing ko ay every August 18. Kailan po ako rere-employ ng amo nmin, bago mag December 18, 2010 po ba o August 18, 2010? Plano ko po kasi na mgparelease ulit pgktapos ng August 18, 2010. Thank you po!

kabayan,
u should follow the entry date as basis for the extension of ur visa... if ma-expire na ang contract mo by Aug. 18, renewal of contract and ur ARC lang kailangang gwin at hindi ang extension ng visa mo kasi di pa tapos ang 3-yrs mo...
so if ayaw mo na sa company, sabihin mo sa amo na di ka na pipirma ng new contract at ikaw ay magpaparelease after Aug. 18... but pls take note na by Dec. 18, matatapos na ang 3-yrs mo, so u need to find new employer na mag-eextend ng visa mo for another 1-yr & 10-mos...

yes, toejigeum lang po ang makukuha mo... yung kukmin tsaka na yan makukuha if tapos na ang visa mo including the extension na 1-yr & 10-months...
since 2 yrs ka lang dyan sa company, ur teojigeum must be equivalent to 2-months basic salary (to be given by Samsung) plus additional amount to be given by ur employer if meron kang OT within last 3 months of ur job bago ka magpaparelease...
