GOOD AM Dear sir. my name is ghulam sabir.i am pakistani.i had passed 2nd klt in june 2008 with good marks 184 out of 200.my klt number is 10007512 and my passport number AK5021261.IS my on the jobseeker roster.my second question is two years have gone why i was not sellected so for.i know you philippino are very good of heart and soul.can i hope that you will find out my reply soon.you are people of good country.my country men dont help me any more.i am fed up by them.thanks.

Dear Mr. Ghulam Sabir,

Peace be with you!
First of all ,allow me to give you a brief overview in connection with your problems.
Every sending country have an existing MOU ( Memorandum of Understanding)
with South Korea as a framework on how to deployed their citizens here
in South Korea under EPS (Employment Permit System).

In our case, we, have a clear understanding that passing
the KLT examination is not a guarantee for having a job here.
Even though your name was included in the Roster of Job seeker
under the HRD Korea,but the selection process was given to
the employer who wished to employ foreign worker.May be the employers
whose preference are Pakistani will not
select you or pick up your name from the roster of job seeker....

I, highly suggest that you must consult the proper
agency of your government, in order to have a plausible
explanation regarding your problem....
