totoo po bang may nakukuha na cash sa pinas pag d ka na babalik sa korea ...ano po ang dapat gawin ...para maka kuha ang isang d na babalik sa korea saan po ito makukuha at ano po ang kailangan . salamat po Question

Dear Teddyboy,

Magandang araw po!

Kung ang ibig po ninyo sabihin ay " Lump sum" yan po yong-an amount of money given in single payment po.

With regard sa karadagan pa po ninyong katanungan,,, unfortunitly po
walang reliable source na makapagsabi na may makukuha na Lump Sum pag hindi na po tayo bumalik ng KOrea po.

But,As far as EPS workers is concern po yong ating FRINGE BENEFITS
po na makukuha sa Company po natin based sa LSA (Labor Standard ACT) pag natapos na po yong ating Kontrata dito are as Follows:
1. RETURN COST Insurance
2. Departure guarantee insurance or Teojikom
3. Annual and monthly paid leave System
4. National Pension Scheme contribution- in Form of
Lump sum Refund.
