Hello mam, I had a question which is about the 5 yrs. sojourn period. I will be ending my 3 yrs stay next month and as i see it my boss wont re sign me a contract anymore. My question is this if i wont be signing a contract anymore can i avail of the + 2yrs stay here with another employer after my 3 yrs. sojourn expires. I'm just confuse coz i read here from some replies to the same problem of mine that just go to the nodong bu to get a clearance or paper that will enable us to find job for two months. But according to the new law those that are re employed by their employer are allowed to stay for 2 yrs. without exiting korea. Mam any idea or information you can share with us who are confused.
