kung ang hawak mo ay tourist visa at nakahanap ka ng employer d2 may chance ba na makakuha ka ng working visa na di mo na kaylan pang umuwi ng pinas?

ate cielo,
kailangan pong umuwi talaga sa pinas....
tourist visa (C-3) valid only for 90 days of stay for purposes of sight seeing and for pleasures...maari po syang makahanap ng trabaho pero hindi po ang visa nya to a working visa ,,tnt po ang labas nya dun..kaya ang mainam na gawin po nya ang umuwi sa pinas,,aply as an EPS worker thru POEA or if ever nakahanap sya ng work dito sa korea,,pa invite na lang po sya sa employer nya a working visa with a special designated work or task(E-7)visa..kailangan umuwi sa pinas dala ang invitation ng employer,thru POEA and korean embassy with interview and valid/authenticated documents...

ate anne,

pasyal po kayo sa POEA MAnila, o kaya POEA regional office ask nyo po requirements needed to file as an applicant worker here in korea,EPS:Employment Permit System .......
try nyo rin pong tingnan itong link na ito :www.POEA.gov.ph
