UNCLAIMED INSURANCE BENEFIT FOR OFW's UNDER EPS KLT
Who can apply:
OFW returnees under EPS KLT who have not claimed their insurance benefits
Where to apply:
HRD-KOREA - Resident Office in Manila
1607 Prestige tower
Emerald Street, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Requirements:
Copy of Passport
Photocopy of Passbook (under the applicant's name)
Bank Swift Code (ask your local bank for their bank swift code)
Pls. visit the site: www.poea.gov.ph .....for more info.
