ako po ay 1yr and 8 mos. sa aking co. before, magkano po ba yung dapat na makuha kong tijaekom,at pwede pa po ba akong magcomplain sa labor khit huli na?tanx and god bless...

kabayan ayon sa batas,,,ang dapat mo na makuha na taejikom ay 1buwan at kalahate kasi nastraight mo yung 1 and 8 months sa company nyo..ito ay ibabase sa last 3 months na pinagtrabaho mo sa company mo....sa mga nakaraang posting nakapost yung tamang pagcompute,,sana ay makatulong ito...tnx ..and ingat kabayan
