gud pm po! pauwi na kasi ako this june 17 sabi ng amo ko siya na lng daw ang mag susubmit ng documents ko for filing sa NPS.pwede po ba un ? kailangan ba ako mismo ang mag aaply sa NPS for lump sum refund? how can i be sure na nai aaply na niya ung lump sum refund?

kailangan u lang puntahan ang NPS pffice na malapit sa inyo dyan, tapos ang unang rquirements mo ay ticket mo pauwi.. kahit ung photocopy tapos aliencard, passport at bank account sa pinas or dito. ung lang..

kabayan puede ung amo mo ang mag apply pero mas maganda talaga kon ikaw para makasisiguro ka na submit talaga ung papers mo don

thanx sa quick reply kabayan! pero if ever na siya mag aaply meron bang proof na ibibigay siya na nai aaply niya ako like receipt or documents na nags asabi na naiaaply niya ako for lump sump refund. medyo busy kasi kami kaya ayaw niya ako paalisin eh.

helo some aditional info po...
requirements for applying for NPS (gukmin yunggeum)

1. a plane tiket
2. ask for a form from NPS for ur pension
3.present ur ARC
4. also with ur Pasport
5. a bank acount

sasabihin sau agad when to get ur money or kailan ihuhulog sa acount po ninyo..

ur boss can apply the NPS...pero u nid to go to NPS with him to sign the form...

as much as possible after 30 days before your departure in korea..
para po u can get ur nps here in korea a week before ur departure...

gud pm po sa lhat ask ko lng sna un sa return cost kung kelan pde iapply un?kz nkabili na ko tiket ang sked ko po pauwi ng pinas ay sa july 22 den dinala ko po yun tiket ko sa goyong pro bkit sabi skin mga 1st wik pa daw ng july ko pde iapply un,ganun po ba tlga patakaran nla?advice nmn po jan tnx a lot!!!!!

ganun talaga un 1 month before your schedule departure bago mo maiapply yung return cost at departure guarantee insurance(taejikum).yun ang patakaran ng samsung insurance.

kabayan,
you can call the regional NPS office covering your workplace para i-confirm if na-ifile ba talaga kayo ng amo nyo... kahit hindi na po kayo pupunta ng NPS office to confirm if totoo yung sinabi ngamo nyo...

you may click here for the NPS website... http://www.nps.or.kr/

then click Regional Offices para mahanap mo ang Regional NPS Office covering your workplace...

para po u can get ur nps here in korea a week before ur departure...

let me clarify your post to avoid any consfusion to other readers...

ang NPS Lump-sum Refund or "kukmin" po ay mareceive lang natin thru our bank account (either in Korea or Phil.) 30~45 days from the date we depart Korea... the NPS will verify our departure thru Immigration Office based on the flight ticket we sumbitted during our application... upon their confirmation, if hindi tayo umalis ng Korea, hindi po nila ibibigay ang ang NPS lump-sum refund...

kaya if ever na-changed po yung flight schedule nyo compare sa na-isubmit nyo sa NPS office, you should inform and update the NPS office accordingly kasi yan ang usual reason na nadedelay po ang pag-receive ng NPS lump-sum refund natin...
