Ways on How to Boost Self-ESteem while Unemployed ..

No doubt a job loss is a blow to one's self-esteem.
You may not know why you have been let go. In any case, you now need to regroup and look ahead positively.

1. Always keep a positive outlook..

2.Write down a list of the positive things about you.

3. Don't stagnate. Get outside and get some air, preferably in nature.
Take some time to get away and clear your head.

4. Check some hobby and read some books in order to pick yourself up and see that the world is going on around you.

5. Look into some volunteer work.

6. Get in shape..stay busy and raise your endorphins.

Stay positive and move forward rather feeling sorry for yourself. KNow that you have a lot to offer an employer. Being in a postive environement and sorrounding yourself with positive people will rub off on you and affect your body chemistry.
