3. HAVE INITIATIVE: Ruts often deepen into graves.

4. LOVE YOUR WORK: Then you will find pleasure in mastering it.

5. BE EXACT: Slipshod methods bring slipshod results.

6. HAVE THE SPIRIT TO CONQUEST: Thus you can succesfully battle and overcome difficulties.

7. CULTIVATE PERSONALITY: Personality is to a man what perfume is to the flower.

8. HEL AND SHARE WITH OTHERS: The real test of business greatness lies in giving opportunity to others.

9. BE DEMOCRATIC: Unless you feel right toward your fellow men, you can never be a successful leader of men.

10. IN ALL THINGS DO YOUR BEST: The man who has done his best has done evrything. The man who has done less than his best has done nothing...

Each of us have different imperfections to deal with.
May it be Physical appearance, social skills, talents and what have yours..
Here are simple tips...

1.Evaluate yourself and make a list of your talents that you have.
Like little things being able to wake up early, or keeping yourself cool in times of panic..

2. Focusing on the positive can help you take away the negative.
Keep yourself on focus..

3. Figure out and find out your passion. The progress that you make will definetly help you boost your confidence.

4.Quit Comparing yourself to others. You are UNIQUE person.

5. Socialize a lot and instead of being envious of other people. Be a role model and set example.
You can learn a lot of things when you interact with people.

6. When someone gives you compliment, don't shrug if off and say " yeah, right!.". Instead, accept it gracefully and smile..

7.Practice speaking at all times. Make a habit to smile in the morning and talk to yourself in front of the mirror like someone talkin to you..This could be the best way how to practice your speaking.

8. Use your uniqueness and individuality in being more confident.

9.Lastly, take care of yourself by getting enough rest, exercise and generally doin the things you want to do..
