sir papano kung hindi mag bigay ng payslip and isang company. legal ba? sabi kasi ng asawa ko wla daw sila payslip. Paano na ang kokmin at tejikom niya kung sakali? wala din ba? salamat

ilegal po yun sir..dapat nakasaad lahat ng mga kinakaltas sayo..para kita mo kung tama ang pasahod sa inyo..at yung mga payslip ang magiging ebidensya kung sakali magkaproblema sa mga darating na panahon..

jr,

ano dapat gawin pag hindi talaga nag bigay nang payslip ang company niya? mau company ba na hindi nagbibigay payslip but nag bigay naman daw nang tirahan. may katotohanan ba ito?

if the company does not provide payslip or wage ledger every sa;ary period, it is a violation of Korea Labor Standard Act (LSA) Art. 48 and LSA Enforcement Decree Art. 27... please refer below...

in that case, pwede nyo sabihin sa amo nyo to provide the said document every salary period dahil nasa batas po ito... if magalit po, then you can tell him na sa Labor Office nalang po kayo magreklamo...

but before doing that, be prepare for the worst scenario - magagalit ang amo nyo at baka hanapan kayo ng way para i-release po kayo... so be prepare na meron kayo malipatan ibang company if that's happen...

hi rubiah,
the company may give payslip to its employee only unless the employee for valid reason cannot ask the payslip in person, his wife may ask instead...

in your case, if your husband has already received the payslip, for the employer side, there is no reason that he will give you another copy of payslip...

please ask your husband nalang po to send you a copy of his monthly payslip...

i think pagdating sa ganyan na mga bagay, if hindi nase-setle ang problema nyo sa level ninyong mag-asawa, you should visit OWWA or POEA office in the Philippines...

if hindi ma-settle sa usapan then you may settle it legally... you may ask an advise with a lawyer kung ano ang dapat gawin...

another query po misterdj, since hindi ko nga po alam ang net pay niya monthly, 8tawsan pesos ang binibigay niya monthly(allotment) at minsan naman 10tawsan, tama na po ba iyon? pwede po ba akong magfile ng complaint dahil yung actual na expenses eh kulang pa naman yung pinapadala niya. ang nasabi po dati kasi is 1.2million won ang basic salary. please help po. thanks po.

medyo personal na po ata ito misterdj pero salamat parin po if masagot.

hi rubiah,

ang P10,000 using the current USD to Won currency rate ay nasa around 300,000Won lang po... ang basic salary ng EPS workers dito (let's say walng OT) nasa 836,000 Won pinaka mababa na po yan kung straight lang po ang trabaho or walang company shutdown...

i cannot say na maliit or malaki ang 10,000 or 8,000 pesos na pinadala ng husband mo monthly kasi po depende po yan kasi sa situation... like for example, if meron po kayong maraming anak tapos may nag-aaral pa, in that case maliit lang po talaga... but if wala pang nag-aaral tapos para sa daily expenses lang po ang purpose ng money na yan, then i can say na tama lang siguro...

at hindi ko rin masasabi kung saan po ang ibang naiwang pera sa husband mo, kasi nga baka inipon lang din niya yun in preparation sa pag-uwi niya... ang maganda sana meron po kayong transparency sa isat-isa pagdating sa pera to avoid conflict...

also for your awareness, after 3-years ang EPS worker po ay maari pong maka-receive ng around 3 to 4-million won (NPS Insurance) and around 2-million won (Retirement Insurance) based on Korean labor law... malaking savings na po din yan pag-uwi ng husband mo...

sana po may naitulong ang mga sagot ko... and i wish ma-settle na ninyo ang problema nyong mag-asawa...

hi misterdj, maraming salamat po sa information na binigay nyo.

well, diretso naman po ang trabaho niya. one week pong day shift tapos one week pong night shift daw po, yun ang nasabi niya sakin.

para sakin and as per actual expenses kulang po talaga yung 8tawsan pesos to 10tawsan pesos a month kasi po meron po siyang 2 anak na nag-aaral. mas mabuti na pong ipadala niya at ilagay sa savings account ng 2 anak niya ang pera or kita niya kysa mapunta na naman po sa wala.

yun nga po ang sinabi ko sa kanya na be open to everything para walang maging problema pero dinidedma lang niya ako. syempre bilang asawa, karapatan ko rin pong malaman di po ba?
