dati po kc ako n E8-visa nka 3 yrs. n ako d2 s kompany,pagbalik k po naging E9 visa n ako bale pang 5 yrs. k n s oktober this yr. ang tnong k po ay ilan taon pb ako d2,kc may nagssabi 2yrs. may nagssabi n 3 yrs. daw ngu2lahan ako.ilan taon b tlaga..... thanks po

kabayan,
para hindi ka malilito, huwag mo i-count ang stay mo dito as E-8 Visa... you have to start counting your sojourn from the time you became E-9 Visa holder...

-> EPS sojourn period: (Current Law) 3-years
-> There is planned addtitional 2-years to make it 5-years but not yet approved until now...
