paano po ung mga kompanya na dipa sinusunod itong bagong patakarang ito? kagaya po ng kompanya namin kasi po dahilan nila mahina ngayon ang production namin, kaya wag muna daw silang magtataas ng sahod, tama po ba un? paano kung umabot pa nga ng 2010 itong ganitong sitwasyon, hindi na po sila magtataas?

kabayan,
required po lahat na companies to follow the 2009 Minimum Wage Increase regardless malakas or mahina... my suggestions...

1) sabihin nyo ng maayos sa amo nyo na they have to follow the new minimum wage... ipakita yung MOL notice with Korean version...
2) if ayaw magbigay, sabihin nyo in a proper way na pupunta kayo sa Labor Office if hindi niya ibigay ang tamang sahod... but before doing that, you should prepare a back-up plan in case magalit ang amo nyo at hanapan kayo ng way na ma-irelease kayo... so at least ready na po kayo...

Thanks po sa info...but i have a ? I visited the site(www.molab.go.kr) and napunta me sa Q and A dun ng worker and ceo, may iaask sana me directly sa site nila pero di ko naman nakita ung pinost ko...naiclick ko po naman yung submit...kelangan pa po bang may trick akong gawin..or baka may kelangan pa akong gawin para makita ko yung sinubmit kong question?
