according to labor law, if hindi nag-initiate ang employer mo na gamitin ang annual paid leave mo, he is obliged to convert them into cash allowance... try to ask your employer baka ipa-consume nila ang unused leave mo this year... click HERE for more reference about Paid Leave System in Korea. You can print the Korean version para ipakita mo sa amo mo... thanks.
