EPS labor act updates for 2009.

according to Labor office personnel positive na daw ung implementation of 5 yrs contract next year but the risk is tatanggalin na daw nila ung "change of workplace o change of company" and ung "release" due to some blahblahblah.... kung magpaparelease kman daw bibigyan ka daw ng release not in a purpose to find a new company but a "release" to send you back in your country of origin....

please to those who knows the labor codes of S.Korea we need some clarification with these facts.

totoo po na meron talagang new bill to extend the sojourn period of an EPS work from 3-years to 5-years... but hindi pa po implemented coz need pa i-approve ng National Assemly... ang schedule ng National Assembly ay this month daw but not sure of the exact date... so once ma-approve, definitely expected next year ay ma-implement na po yan...

about naman sa abolition of change of workplace, at this time wala pa po tayong proof na included ba talaga yan sa new bill... let's wait nalang muna sa official announcement ng Ministry of Labor... please refrain from conveying this issue until meron na po tayong enough proof na galing talaga sa mga kinauukulan...

just keep updated in our forum website for future updates of this issue...

mas mahirap yata kung ala ng released panu kung mag sara co. ala na pla option,,kundi umuwi n lng ,,panu kung kararating lng,ala rin plasilbi yung 5 years,,

kabayan,
it's too early to discuss that issue... wala pa tayong detailed info about the said new bill... we better wait the official announcement from the Ministry of Labor... then we will update you all for any possible negative issues/effect to EPS workers... thanks!
