kabayan,
tanung po, below 20 regular workers po kmi sa isang companya.
every saturday 8 hrs po kming nagwork. yung 4 hrs ba dyan ay concider na overtime na? kasi samin walang overtime. kung merun man, makuha ba nmin? panu? isang taon na po kmi sa companyang pinasukan nmin. isang taon nring hindi overtime ang sabado nmin. salamat po, at mabuhay po kayo. god bless''''

tama po kayo... if ang company nyo ay merong below 20 employees, napabilang po kayo sa 44-hrs work week system na kung saan your regular working time is 8-hrs during Mondays ~ Fridays plus 4-hrs during Saturdays... More than that ay overtime work na wherein yung sahod nyo ay dapat may additional 50% sa basic salary nyo...

mag-reklamo muna kayo sa amo nyo... if hindi pa rin ibigay ang OT salary nyo then pwede kayo magreklamo sa labor office... but in that case may tendency na magpaparelease nalang kayo if it turns out na hindi na maganda ang relationship nyo ng employer nyo... thanks...
