released coz bankrupt:tejikom??

january pa po ang end of 3 yrs contract ng friend ko pero nireleased po sila ng company this dec kc bankrupt dw...mahahabol pa po ba nila ang kanilang tejikom?how?...tnx po.

please verify first if totoo po ba talaga na nagfile ng bankruptcy ang employer ng friend mo... kasi if wala, hindi po pwede na ganun nalang kadali i-release siya ng amo niya... at may laban tayo dyan... pwede siya magsampa ng reklamo sa ministry of labor office... mas better if meron migrant center na willing tutulong sa kanya especially yung may marunong magsalita ng Korean language... about naman sa "toejigeum" nya, if na-iregister po siya sa Samsung Inrurance Company" noong bago pa lang siya sa company (kasi required talaga yan sa mga employer), makuha pa rin niya ang "toejigeum" niya according to basic salary computation but yung excess due to overtime ay malabo na po if bankrupt po ang company...

just tell your friend to file an application for "toejigeum" to the Samsung Insurance office directly... isama narin niya ang "return cost insurance" nya na 400,000won if hindi pa rin niya nakuha...

in case wala siya naregister sa Samsung Insurance, malabo po na makuha nya ang "toejigeum" nya but let her try to go to the labor office and file for "Wage Claim Guarantee Act" in which in this case ang Korean government po ang magbayad ng "toejigeum" kasama pa ang unpaid salary if meron man granting mag-approve ang employer during agreement/settlement between you, employer and the labor office...
