Gaano po katotoo na may binibigay na tijicom ang SAMSUNG Insurance bukod po sa ibibigay ng employer.

Gaano po katotoo na may binibigay na tijicom ang SAMSUNG Insurance bukod po sa ibibigay ng employer.

ganito po... ang Samsung Fire & Maritime Insurance ay isang insurance company na siyang incharged ng "Departure Guarantee Insurance" natin kung saan a worker can avail a "severance pay" when he/she left the company after working one or more years...

if a worker works in a company with 5 or more employees, his/her employer is obliged to register him/her in Samsung Fire & Maritime Insurance with corresponding insurance fee to be shouldered by the employer... but if the company has only 4 or less legal employees, under Labor Standard Act, the employer is not obliged to register his workers... thus a worker cannot avail the said "severance pay"...

now, during the time a worker left the company, he/she must submit an application form to the Samsung Samsung Fire & Maritime Insurance Office by himself or mostly ang employer na ang bahala magprocess... if ikaw ang magprocess, you can ask application form at FEWA Office, inside Woori Bank, Hyehwadong Branch...

the computation of the "severance pay" to be given by Samsung Insurance company is based on employee's average monthly basic salary of the last 3 months of work before he left... please click HERE for the sample computation...

if during the last 3-months of work ay palaging may OT ang employee, based on computation rules, an employee must receive more than what the Samsung Insurance should pay... So, in this case, ang employer na ang magbayad.

To summarize, Samsung Insurance company will only pay a "severance pay" according to our average basic salary of our last 3-months of work before we leave... and the excess must be paid by our employer
(Take note, common issue, majority of the employers do not pay the excess. So, if yung employer nyo ay di magbayad, you can ask help to any migrant center nearest to your location... you can also refer to "Migrant's Hotline" at our portal page, left side portion)

hindi po binayaran yung last 3 monts ko sa company ko,ibig bang sabihin nito na wala akong makukuha sa SAMSUNG INSURANCE?Nireklamo ko yung boss ko sa LABOR pero hindi pa rin sya nagbayad kaya ipinasa sa Police prosecutor yung kaso.On going po yung kaso hanggang sa ngayon at kinakailangan ko ng translator ko na tutulong sa akin.Susubukan ko na lang pong lumapit sa migrant center pero baka po may mairerekomenda kayo.7 million won po ang hinahabul ko at willing po ako na magbayad sa tutulong sa akin na makuha ito.Salamat po..

try to use this one... baka may maitulong sila sa problema mo...
In case you have something related to work (such as problems on salaries, benefits, release,insurances, etc.) that needed to be settled with your employer (sajang), you may call the Korea Migrants Center and an interpreter/translator (English or Filipino) will assist you. The number is 1644-0644 extension #7.

Process: You - Sajang - Interpreter will talk simultaneously on the phone as you settle your problem. I tried this, and it worked!

Naku!!maraming-maraming salamat po..hindi ko pa man po nasusubukang tawagan ang numerong binigay nyo eh gusto ko pong kayong pasalamatan sa walang sawang pagsagot at sa pagbibigay atensyon sa dinudulog ko problema.Madami po talagang natutulungan ang FORUM na ito.Muli po..salamat po..Mabuhay po ang Sulyapinoy!! santa idol
