tanong lng po!

Greetings to all sa lhat ng bumubuo d2 sa sulyapinoy... ang tanung ko lng po kung tutuo na may tax refund na makukuha after na umuwi ka na ng pinas at hindi na babalik ng korea para magtrabaho. May nakapagsabi lng po sa kin na pede daw na magapply ng tax refund sa Korea Embassy. I hope na may information kayo about sa kasong ito. Salamat po and more power to all of you. God bless you all!

As far as i know, we can get a tax refund every year here in Korea (usually year-end) if our "total monthly withholding tax contribution" ay nag-excess based on our Income Tax during the filing of "Year-end Tax Settlement Return". If meron man tayong tax refund after computation, mostly ay hindi po ganun kalaki... In my case, i got my tax refund last January this year of around 60,000 won.
