ask lng po!

mag 2 months na po ako umalis sa company nmin as EPS,is there a possibility po ba na makabalik ako as EPS ulit?salamat po!!

Under Foreign Workers Employment Act (Article 24):
If a foreign worker ay nagparelease sa isang company for a justifiable reason but failed to apply for workplace change within one month after the termination of his/her labor contract or failed to receive an approval of workplace change by the ministry of labor within 2 months after the date of application, without any choice he/she must depart from Korea.
In your case, malabo po na makabalik ka as EPS worker. In case hindi ka nag tnt, you can still apply as EPS worker back in the Philippines.
